- John Reed, 33, of 3211 19th St., Des Moines, was arrested for driving while barred and issued a citation for failure to provide proof of financial liability.
- Allie Hedges, 22, of 1003 Eighth St., Dallas Center, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
- Elia Rungere, 32, of 778 N.E. Connor Court, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
