- Jessica Dian Harlow, 27, of 812 Hull Ave., Des Moines, was cited and released at 240th Street and L Avenue in Adel for driving while suspended.
- Crystal O’Connor, 47, of 1525 Grand Ave., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
- Melissa Kay West, 38, of 1872 Nature Court, Winterset, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of theft.
- Michael Hansen of Bouton was traveling north in the 14000 block of N Avenue when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Woldemichael Gebremichael of Kent, Wash. Gebremichael was traveling on the Iowa Highway 141 off ramp onto N Avenue and did not stop at the off-ramp stop sign but drove the vehicle through the intersection and struck Hansen’s vehicle. Hansen was taken to the Dallas County Hospital by Dallas County EMS. Damage to Gebremichael’s vehicle was estimated at $1,000, and damage to Hansen’s vehicle was estimated at $15,000. Gebremichael was issued a citation for failure to stop at a stop sign.
