- Terry Purtilo of Dallas Center was traveling north on N. First Street between Dawson and E. Walnut avenues in Dawson when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,000.

- Thomas Patrick Olofson, 41, of 2702 S.E. 18th Court, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for providing false identification information.
- Jacob Deane Roberts, 23, of 917 S. Kennedy Ave., Madrid, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of OWI.
April 4, 2019
- Latrease Porte of Des Moines was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 near the intersection of Wendover Avenue when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $6,000.
