- Richard Todd Applegate, 47, of 790 Collins Dr., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
April 5, 2017
- Randy Ray Rhiner, 53, of 544 10th St., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.
- Devin Richard Graves, 27, of 4423 Polk St., Sioux City, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of eluding.
