- Michael William Sevier Jr., 49, of 505 Cherry Ave., Woodward, was arrested on a warrant for assault on peace officers and others and public intoxication.
- Ruphin Ntumba, 39, of 10525 Essex Dr., Johnston, was traveling in the 18000 block of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,000.
