August 24, 2018
- Kelly Zelinsky of 546 N.W. 70th Place, Ankeny, reported the theft and vandalism to a Morton building at 24780 Trail Ridge Rd.
- Ariel Pleva of West Des Moines was traveling east in the 30000 block of 130th Street when her vehicle left the roadway and entered the south ditch. The Dallas County EMS checked Pleva out for injuries. There were no damages to the vehicle.
- Codey Savage of Jefferson was traveling near 120th Street and W Avenue when his vehicle swerved for a deer in the roadway, left the road and entered the ditch, sliding sideways and rolling onto its top before striking a tree. All three persons in the vehicle were transported to the Greene County Hospital. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5,000.
August 25, 2018
- Austin C White, 19, of 1510 31st St., Des Moines, was arrested at 15th Street and Sugar Grove Avenue in Dallas Center for unlawful possession of prescription drugs.
- Steven Anthony Klug, 44, of 1946 Summerhill Trail, Winterset, was arrested in the 27000 block of N Avenue for driving while barred.
August 26, 2018
- Chris Shaquille Bass, 23, of 310 88th St., West Des Moines, was arrested for providing false identification information, no valid driver’s license, speeding and on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of controlled substance violation and failure to affix drug stamp.
- Scott Lee Huntoon, 39, of 1611 Pleasant St., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for violation of a no-contact order.
