- Rebecca Janene Twiselton, 24, of 416 W. Ninth St., Boone, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unlawful possession of prescription drug.
- Marina M Kushner, 21, of 2035 Park Ave., Lincoln, Neb., was arrested at the 104 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 for possession of a controlled substance.
