- Valarie Nicole McPherren, 36, of 3316 E. 35th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of theft.
- Dakota Andrew Arends, 18, of 113 Lake Shore Dr., Dallas Center, was arrested at the Casey’s in Dallas Center for operating a vehicle without owner’s consent and theft.
