- Henry Monzon of Perry was traveling in the 22000 block of N Avenue when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $8,000.
- William White, 42, of 810 Cedar Ave., Woodward, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
Dec. 14, 2021
- Allen Allensworth, 55, of 2811 Second Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
- Angel Hilario, 19, of 763 Collins Dr., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for domestic abuse assault.
