- Natalio De La Cruz, 31, of 2008 Martin Luther King Blvd., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of public intoxication.
- Frederick Jones, 53, of 6205 S.E. Fifth St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree theft.
