- Chasity Smith of Des Moines was traveling near the 117 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when she lost control of her vehicle and struck the cable barrier. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $4,000, and damage to the cable barrier was estimated at $1,000.
February 9, 2017
- Mark Anthony Salinas, 20, of 2921 Kading Road, Perry, was cited and released in the 17000 block of 141st Street in Perry for driving under revocation.
- David Michael Boylan, 28, of 2535 E. 23rd S.t, Des Moines, was cited and released in the 22000 block of Old Highway 6 for driving while license suspended.
- Nathan Allan Molloy, 36, of 613 Polk St., De Soto, was arrested on warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
- Jared Trevor Wright, 20, of 1647 Batavia Rd., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Jordan Jay Webb, 25, of 1215 18th St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of domestic abuse.
