- Alexander Osmin Lopez Aristondo, 27, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested at W. Second and Bateman streets in Perry for driving without a license.

- Jacob Allen Briant, 25, of 415 Grant St., Van Meter, was arrested at 35653 Ute Ave. in Booneville for OWI.
- Clayton Liston Spieker, 37, of 318 Payton Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for theft.
- Nicholas Richard Ceretti, 28, of 4929 Pleasant St., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of theft.
