- Lucas Brandon Potter, 30, of 107 Cardinal Ave., Atkins, Iowa, was arrested on a warrant for OWI.
- Jodi Jolene Hansen, 37, of 815 E. 25th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of OWI.
