- Michael Patrick Benton, 34, of 924 Central St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of OWI.
- Wayne Fleishman of 500 N. First St., Carlisle, reported someone broke into property he owns at 1305 Ash St. in Dallas Center.
February 5, 2018
- Keith Cerasoli of Iron Mountain, Mich., lost control of his vehicle on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 101 mile marker, hit the guard rail and went onto the south shoulder. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $10,000. Cerasoli was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.
- Kevin Waters of Winterset was traveling in the 21000 block of N Avenue when his vehicle slid off the road and hit a telephone pole. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $7,000.
- Lashawn Sanders, 23, of 708 N. Fourth St., Winterset, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of marijuana.
