- Tyler Kinkade, 29, of 401 State St., Marshalltown, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fifth-degree theft.
- Heather Diersen of Earlham was traveling in the 32000 block of G Trail when she swerved to avoid an animal in the road, and her vehicle entered the ditch and struck a utility box and a power line pole, causing heavy front-end damage. Minor injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,000.
