- Tracy Bess, 36, of 1409 Clark St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for violation of a no-contact order.
Feb. 4, 2022
- Gloria Smith, 61, of 1506 Greene St., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
- Zane Shryock, 28, of 724 Walnut St., Minburn, was arrested on a warrant for false report of indictable offense to public entity.
- Cameron Lint of Des Moines was traveling in the 32000 block of Old Highway 6 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,000.
Feb. 5, 2022
- William Beverly IV, 34, of 406 Vine St., Lucas, was arrested on a warrant for violation probation on original charges of second-offense OWI, second-offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and second-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
- Jose Villalpando of Fontanelle was traveling westbound on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 100 mile marker behind a semi-tractor trailer that suddenly slowed, and Villalpando attempted to swerve, and his vehicle struck the truck and the cable barriers. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5,000. The semi-tractor trailer driver did not stop and was unidentified.
- Katie Ayala of Des Moines was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 100 mile marker when when she swerved to avoid a deer and her vehicle struck the cable barriers. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $10,000.
Feb. 6, 2022
- Joleen Most, 43, of 308 B St., Carbon, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while barred.
- Lucas Braadland, 30, of 420 Whispering Pine Ave., Polk City, was arrested for OWI.
- Justin Merical, 40, of 29456 Old Portland Road, Adel, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
