- Dale Eugene Terrell Sr., 57, of 727 Dartmoor Dr., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for forgery, fraudulent practice and identity theft.
- Lynn Catherine Longman, 48, of 3174 S.W. Arlan Lane, Ankeny, was arrested at the intersection of 190th Street and County Road R30 for OWI.
January 21, 2017
- Beverly Paulus of Linden was traveling north on First Street in Redfield when she began to lose sight of the road going into the curve. Her vehicle left the roadway and entering a yard, striking a tree stump and hitting the residence on the property. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $8,000, and damage to the residence was estimated at $5,000. Paulus was issued a citation for no current insurance card.
- Joshua Castro-Fessler of Perry was traveling west on Iowa Highway 141 when he swerved out to avoid a mattress that had fallen out of the back of a pickup, losing control of his vehicle and entering the median and then coming back onto traffic and striking a vehicle driven by Matthew Spivie of Perry. Spivie entered the ditch and struck a sign. No injuries were reported. Damage to Castro-Fessler’s vehicle was estimated at $6,000, and damage to Spivie’s vehicle was estimated at $12,000. Damage to the state highway sign was estimated at $1,500.
- Joshua Logan Stanley, 20, of 1415 Jefferson St., Redfield, was arrested for theft of a motor vehicle.
