July 15, 2022
- Francisco Cruz Baltazar, 32, of 113 W. 10th St., Carroll, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of OWI.
- Steven Joseph Coleman, 38, of 121 C St., Albia, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under suspension.
- Elle Goddard of Dexter was traveling northbound on W Avenue near the intersection of Iowa Highway 44 when she pulled into the intersection from the stop sign and collided with a vehicle, driven by Dalton Dorsett of Panora. Goddard was transported by Dallas County EMS to Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Damage to Goddard’s vehicle estimated at $8,000, and damage to Dorsett’s vehicle was estimated at $10,000. Goddard was issued a citation for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way.
July 16, 2022
- Gary Allen Lucas, 47, of 1819 Pleasant St., West Des Moines, was arrested in the 35000 block of L Avenue for OWI.
- Paul Anthony Daggett, 34 of 116 W. Fourth St., Bouton, was arrested for domestic abuse assault.
July 18, 2022
- Kirby Jay Marsh, 39, of 20280 Twin Pines Dr., Earlham, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order and probation violation on an original charge of assault and interference with official acts.
