- Nicholas Keith Clayton, 30. of 502 E. Fourth St., Woodward, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree theft.
- Megan Janae Tingwald, 45, of 1708 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of first-offense possession of controlled substance.
- Joseph Allen Shepperd of 315 Elm St., Van Meter, was traveling south on U.S. Highway 169 near the U.S. Interstate 80 interchange when his vehicle struck from the rear a vehicle driven by Aaron Christopher Swales of 116 Fifth Ave. N.W., Altoona. Swales’ vehicle was stopped, and he was waiting to turn onto the eastbound U.S. Interstate 80 on ramp. Shepperd said he was distracted by talking on his cell phone when his vehicle struck Swales’ vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage to Shepperd’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000, and damage to Swales’ vehicle was estimated at $1,500.

- Nicholas Charles Bronnenberg, 31, of 17628 142nd Place, Perry, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for failure to maintain control.
- Kelvin Daron Rainey, 20, of 3609 E. 41st St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree theft.
- Joseph David Watznauer of 10203 N.W. 107th Place, Granger, was traveling north on T Avenue when he possibly fell asleep and lost control of his vehicle, which entered the east ditch, crossing the highway and entering the west ditch before coming to rest in a wooded area. No injuries were reported. Damage to Watznauer’s vehicle was estimated at $7,000.
- Matthew William Wesley Farrell of 207 Birch Ave., Yukon, was traveling westbound on 230th Street when he fell asleep, and his vehicle entered the ditch and struck a MidAmerican utility pole, causing it to snap off. No injuries were reported. Damage to Farrell’s vehicle was estimated at $4,000, and damage to the pole was estimated at $4,000. Farrell was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.

- Mariah Ann Sellers of 715 Cottage St., Adel, was traveling west on U.S. Highway 6 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to Sellers’ vehicle was estimated at $5,000.
- Cooper Ray Bower, 23, of 1403 Aspen Dr., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original arrest for driving under suspension.
- Jeremy James Frame, 21, of 320 Nile Kinnick Dr. N., Adel, was arrested for driving while license is denied or revoked, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Ismael Castillo, 22, of 3712 148th St., Midlothian, Ill., was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
- Emmanuel Castillo, 23, of 638 E. 114th St., Whiting, Ind., was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
- Samuel Lee Saveraid, 49, of 1016 1/2 Grove St., Adel, was arrested for first-offense OWI.
