- Christine Wright of Woodward was traveling in the 27000 block of N Avenue when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,000.
June 27, 2017
- Joseph Michael Miles, 32, of 526 Baker St., Minburn, was arrested on a warrant for burglary.
- Cody Ray Devilbiss, 26, of 1811 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief. Devilbiss was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Christopher Power of Van Meter was traveling in the 25000 block of 347th Street when he left the roadway and entered the ditch, overturning. Power said he would seek medical attention on his own. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $4,000.
- Manuel Morales-Morales of Des Moines was backing up to adjust his vehicle in a parking space at the Tyson Fresh Meats parking lot when a vehicle driven by Soe Tun of Des Moines struck the back of his vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage to each vehicle was estimated at $2,500.
- Kimberly Ash of Perry was traveling in the 22000 block of Iowa Highway 44 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5,000.
- Dawn Bundy of Rippey reported a violation of a no-contact order.
June 28, 2017
- Johnathan Lance Jones, 32, of 625 Ovid Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of false report to public entity.
