- Anna Holloway of Panora was traveling east on Iowa Highway 44 when she did not see a vehicle driven by Charles Hawley of Panora turning left onto County Road P58 and struck his vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage to Holloway’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000, and damage to Hawley’s vehicle was estimated at $1,000. Holloway was issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance.
- Dale Sheldon of Meeteetse, Wyo., was stopped at the intersection of L Avenue and Old Highway 6 when his vehicle was struck from behind by a car driven by Theodora Spencer Madison of Woodward. No injuries were reported. Damage to Sheldon’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000, and damage to Spencer Madison’s vehicle was estimated at $4,000. Spencer Madison was issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance.
