- Jason Richard Spence, 40, of 204 Fifth St., Minburn, was cited and released in the 32000 block of N Avenue for driving while suspended.
- Nicole Marie Spence, 33, of 626 Second St., Perry, was arrested at 201 Nile Kinnick Dr. N on a warrant for third-degree burglary and public intoxication.
- Mark Alan Eby of 23374 Laredo Trail, Adel, reported the theft of a Glock pistol from his residence. The estimated value of the gun is $560.
