- Dalton Williams of Coon Rapids was traveling west on Iowa Highway 141 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $6,000.

- Jamie Elgin of Redfield was traveling near the 113 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5,000.
- Glenn Gerard Veik, 56, of 1005 Vine St., Dallas Center, was arrested at this address for domestic abuse assault.
- Michael Edward Eber Hoover, 42, of 801 W. Sixth St., Atlantic, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of domestic abuse.
