- Benjamin Cahall, 39, of no fixed abode was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Christopher Brewer, 31, of 613 E. Wall Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree theft.
- Randall Humpal, 63, of 4000 14th St., Des Moines, was arrested for first-offense OWI.
