- Michael Jason Godwin, 28, of 613 Polk St., De Soto, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of domestic abuse.
- Karla Soper of Winterset was traveling near the intersection of R Avenue and 360th Street when she was struck by a vehicle driven by Renee Roth of Van Meter. No injuries were reported. Damage to Roth’s vehicle was estimated at $8,000, and damage to Soper’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000. Roth was issued a citation for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way.

- Ethan Leroy Libby, 21, of 1617 Taylor St., Redfield, was arrested at this address for possession of methamphetamine.
- Ralph Swink of 406 Maple St. in Woodward reported the theft of a motor vehicle from property he owns at 15671 Tanner Lane.
- Quentin Allen Smith, 27, of Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
- Ashley Elizabeth Prue, 32, of 1304 Marshall Dr., Marshalltown, was arrested at the 112 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 for OWI.
- Rhonda Kiefer of Dallas Center was traveling on Iowa Highway 44 when she slowed down for a dog in the road and was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Fern Hodges of Yale. No injuries were reported. Damage to Kiefer’s vehicle was estimated at $4,000, and damage to Hodges’s vehicle was estimated at $8,000.

- Luke Miller Jennings, 37, of 204 Second Ave., Van Meter, was arrested on a warrant for assault.

- Josean Gonzalez Acevedo, 22, of Fort Smith, Ark., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of assault.
