- Bailey Ross of Dayton was traveling east in the 22000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when the rear driver’s side tire blew out, and she lost control, entering the ditch and striking two roadway signs. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,000, and damage to the roadway signs was estimated at $600.

- Chad Allen Bradford was arrested in the 2500 block of Sugar Grove Street in Dallas Center for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
- Suzanne Elizabeth Mossman, 32, of West Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of OWI.
- Yvonne Mushimiyimana of Des Moines was traveling west in the 26000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when she lost control and entered the north ditch, striking a road sign. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $4,200, and damage to the roadway sign was estimated at $300.
