- Billy Dean Devilbliss, 35, of 204 Lucinda St., Perry, was arrested at 17807 130th St. in Perry for burglary.
May 25, 2019
- Taylor Shannon of Madrid was traveling in the 12600 block of Zook Spur Road when she struck a bump in the roadway and lost control of the vehicle, which entered the ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5,000. Shannon was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.
- Marilyn Anderson of Perry was traveling in the 24000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,000.
- Patrick Wernimont of Akron, Ohio, was traveling west near the 110 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $1,500.

- Jackson Riley Niccum, 18, of 623 36th St., Des Moines, was arrested in the 19000 block of 240th Strett in Adel for carrying weapons.
- John Thomas Anderson, 19, of 3820 Grand Ave., Des Moines, was arrested in the 19000 block of 240th Street in Adel for carrying weapons.
May 27, 2019
- Jeffrey Mark Guyer, 40, of 522 Lynwood Lane, Van Meter, was arrested at 522 Lynwood Lane in Van Meter for violation of a no-contact order and possession of a controlled substance.
- Sean Austin Volz, 21, of 2705 N.W. Ninth St., Ankeny, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of assault.
- Malik Antwan Stokes, 19, of 5515 S.E. 14th St., Des Moines, was arrested at the 102 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 for driving while license suspended, possession of a controlled substance and OWI.
- Scarlet Dustin of Ames was traveling north in the 35000 block of Del Rio Road when he swerved to miss a deer, and his vehicle entered the ditch and rolled. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,350.

- Saul Tellez, 21, of 509 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to maintain control.
