- Richard Ryan Shutt, 38, of 4118 S.E. 12th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for theft.
- Jacob Lucas Comer, 40, of 23820 Floris Rd., Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of driving while barred.
