- Brittney Ballinger, 32, of 710 N.E. Alice Road, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fifth-degree theft.
May 9, 2024
- Avery Rowling of Waukee was traveling on Iowa Highway 210 in Woodward when her vehicle left the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,000. Rowling was issued a citation for striking fixture on highway.
