- James and Diana Carroll of 18376 U Ave. in Woodward reported identity theft.
- Kenneth Mosher of Perry was traveling east on Iowa Highway 141 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $10,000.
- Garik Hunanyan, 26, of 12330 Osborne St., Pacoima, Calif., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of violation of out-of-service order.
