- Julie Green of Dexter was traveling in the 350000 block of the Dexfield Road when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage was estimated at $2,000.
Nov. 1, 2023
- William Powers, 39, of 170 Evergreen Manor, Waukee, was arrested for OWI and driving while revoked.
- Ryan Lantz, 47, of 901 Bryan St., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to stop in assured clear distance.
- Marshall Gilbert, 34, of 1317 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended,
- Christopher Davis, 23, of 1333 24th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Nolan Hamilton, 25, of 1352 12th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
