- Joshua Halterman of Jefferson was traveling in the 16000 block of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $1,500.
- Tyler Scott Kinkade, 26, of 3451 Easton Blvd., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
- Christopher Lee Smith, 39, of 802 County Line Rd., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for forgery.
- Britney Lynn Goudeaux, 25, of 36 Norman Allen St., Elkton, Md., was arrested on warrants for ongoing criminal conduct, forgery, theft and identity theft.
- Tyler Allen Brindle, 26, of 726 Eighth St., Altoona, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on original charges of attempted burglary and possession of burglary tools.
- Brady Jon Moss, 45, of 2632 Emma Ave., Des Moines, was arrested at S. 62nd Street and Wistful Vista Drive for OWI, improper use of lanes and operation without registration.
