- Latasha Medlay, 25, of 804 Guthrie St., De Soto, was arrested for domestic abuse assault with intent to inflict serious injury and violation of a no-contact order.
- Jessica Knudtson, 47, of 26944 150th St., Woodward, was arrested for domestic abuse assault.
- Stefanie King of Clive was traveling in the 26000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when her vehicle struck two deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $6,000.
- Rico Moss of De Soto was traveling in the 33000 block of N Avenue when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
- Tyler Lucas, 26, of 909 E. 22nd Court, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of probation violation.
- Jeffery Heater, 40, of 401 S. Iowa Ave., Eagle Grove, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
