- Passion Larie Soward, 29, of 718 Jefferson Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
- Eric Dee Lockwood Jr., 25, of 1924 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of public intoxication, theft and interference with official acts.
