- Travell Tommie Brown, 22, of 6700 S.W. Ninth St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of disorderly conduct.
October 23, 2022
- Nikki Day Mortimore, 47, of 4815 Pleasant St., West Des Moines, was arrested near 1955 S.E. University Ave. in Waukee for driving while license denied and warned for failure to provide proof of financial liability.
- Julie McAdon of Adel was traveling northbound on U.S. Highway 169 when her vehicle was struck by a vehicle, driven by Diana Flora of Adel, traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 169 and trying to pass. Flora committed to passing when she saw McAdon’s vehicle approaching. Both vehicles attempted to avoid collision but were unable to do so. Flora was transported by Dallas County EMS. Damage to Flora’s vehicle was estimated at $15,000, and damage to McAdon’s vehicle was estimated at $10,000. Flora was issued a citation for failure to yield half of roadway.
- Kaleb S. Dittert, 27, of 275 Christopher Ave., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Kenneth Chad Massey, 25, of 501 S. 12th St., Adel, was arrested for violation of the sex offender registration.
