- Elizabeth Fisher of Waukee experienced a medical emergency while driving somewhere on U.S. Interstate 80, and her vehicle entered the median, colliding with the cable barriers. Fisher was transported by Dallas County EMS. Damage to Fisher’s vehicle was estimated at $1,500, and damage to the cable barrier was estimated at $300.
