- Christopher Scott Crawford, 31, of 19420 Laci St., Omaha, Neb., was arrested on a warrant for forgery.
- Candie Jean Kingery, 38, of 811 16th St., Des Moines, was arrested at 1003 Guthrie St. in De Soto for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Aaron Rodriguez of Glidden was traveling in the 18000 block of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $4,000.

- Charles John Manning, 28, of 18830 Jordan Lane, Granger, was arrested in the 31000 block of 210th Street in Dallas Center for OWI and speeding.
October 27, 2019
- Megan Janae Tingwald, 45, of 1708 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
- Dean Bruscher of Des Moines was traveling in the 25000 block of U.S. Highway 169 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $1,500.
