- Jennifer Lynn Plechas, 40, of 1014 15th Ave., Council Bluffs, was cited and released at the 110 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 for driving while license suspended and failure to provide proof of insurance.
- Steve Craig Young, 43, of 1607 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of OWI.
