- Crystal Maris Garnett, 33, of 1319 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under suspension.
- Ashley Marguerite Miller, 29, of 3825 11th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for theft.
- Michael Allen Jensen, 23, of 211 Chestnut St., Minburn, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
