- Samantha Elizabeth Olmstead, 26, of 1103 Greene St., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.
- Robert Lee Smith Jr., 41, of 605 School St., Churdan, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of domestic abuse assault.
- Amy Meusburger of Woodward was traveling west near the 141 mile marker of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal when she feel asslep at the wheel, and her vehicle left the roadway, entered the north ditch and rolled several times. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,000.
- Brenda Barrow of Perry was traveling on Seminole Avenue in Woodward when a vehicle driven by Nelson Wandera of Waukee turned left in front of Barrow’s vehicle. The collision caused $8,000 in damage to the front of Barrow’s vehicle. Damage to Wandera’s vehicle was estimated at $10,000. Wandera was checked by the Dallas County EMS and was issued a citation for failure to yield upon left turn.

- Jared Robert Willson, 24, of 2213 N.E. Destination Circle, Grimes, was arrested at Ute Avenue and High Street in Booneville for public intoxication.
September 24, 2018
- Al Mitri of Allen, Texas, was traveling near the 117 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when his semi-tractor trailer struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the semi was estimated at $6,000.
