- Mary Meyers of Minburn was traveling south in the 24000 block of N Avenue when she was struck by a vehicle driven by Sherry Troutwine of Stratford. Troutwine was taken to Methodist West by Dallas County Ems. A passenger in Meyers’ vehicle was taken to Methodist Medical Center. Damage to Troutwine’s vehicle was estimated at $12,000, and damage to Meyers’ vehicle was estimated at $15,000. Troutwine was issued a citation for passing on the wrong side, failure to maintain control and driving while license under suspension.

- Matthew James Kilts, 37, of 2014 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of criminal mischief.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
