Diane Kay Eby, 71, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2020, at the Spurgeon Manor in Dallas Center, Iowa. Cremation rites have been accorded, and no services are planned.
Diane was born Jan. 3, 1949, in Detroit, Michigan, to Malcolm and Arlene (Morell) Forbes.
Diane worked as a technical writer before her retirement. She was a longtime member of the Des Moines Concert Singers.
Diane is survived by her husband, Charles Eby; daughter, Charlotte (Lavell Martin) Eby Martin of Waukee; her granddaughter, Bria Martin; two step-grandsons, Devin Ellis-Martin and Jordan Ellis; and her brother, Dale Forbes of Eureka, California.
