  1. I really wish that someone would not keep slandering me. If I hadn’t been wrongfully charged when an individual named Lindsey Visser was arrested by West Des Moines PD in 2017 under my name, then I wouldn’t have the criminal charges I’ve got. and not to mention I, Elisha, was not anywhere around nor was I in the vehicle that fled from officers. I’ve found this very insulting, but I don’t have any rights, and the general public and my family will continue to make up lies and use me as an excuse for their own issues. I’ve been detained 12 times from different agencies and questioned because Lindsey Visser takes precedence over my DL and my social security. I cannot get anyone to hear my story. I’m facing legal charges, and my freedom is at stake because of Officer Gladys Episita from the West Des Moines Police Department arresting Lindsey and booking her under my name. I don’t believe in justice anymore, and life is depressing, knowing even my own family blames me for multiple things I’ve not done. I’m tired and exhausted in fighting charges and being looked down upon by many. I just hope one day the truth will stand out, and I will be seen for who I really am, and my heart will still survive the time it will take. But remember I wasn’t the one anywhere near that police call. Also, who gets away from three agencies and the efforts from law enforcement? This puts fear in my head due to the situation I’m in and the justice and support law enforcement hasn’t had helped me with, and now they truly believe with all the police there that they couldn’t locate someone who fled. I’d like to doubt their efforts, but instead I’ll ask a simple question: Could it just be that maybe Elisha was NOT there and that’s why you didn’t locate the suspect?
