June 28, 2019

  • A deputy investigated a child custody dispute in the 500 block of Bell Street in Churdan.
  • A deputy located a German shepherd running at large on U Avenue near 210th Street. The dog was taken to the People for Animal Welfare Society (PAWS).
  • Matthew Goff, 45, of Woodward was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.
  • A deputy assisted the Iowa Department of Human Services with a welfare check in the 700 block of S. 11th Street in Grand Junction.
  • A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a traffic stop on 230th Street near Kirkwood Avenue.
  • Carl Hale, 65, of Jefferson was booked into the jail for stalking.

June 29, 2019

  • A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 900 block of Sand Street in Churdan.
  • A deputy assisted a ambulance with a medical call in the 900 block of 222nd Street.
  • A deputy located a cement blow up on R Avenue near 110th Street.
  • A deputy located a cement blow up on J Avenue near 260th Street.
  • A deputy investigated a civil dispute in the 400 block of N. Locust Street in Jefferson.
  • A deputy investigated a fireworks complaint in the 300 block of N. 17th Street in Grand Junction.
  • A deputy investigated a fireworks complaint in the 500 block of Sand Street in Churdan.
  • A deputy investigated a fireworks complaint in the 300 block of N. 17th Street in Grand Junction.

June 30, 2019

  • A deputy investigated a burglary complaint in the 900 block of E. Main Street in Grand Junction.
  • A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on Neola Avenue near 280th Street.
  • A deputy investigated a fireworks complaint in the 300 block of N. 17th Street in Grand Junction.
  • A deputy investigated a theft complaint in the 700 block of Lincoln Street in Scranton.
  • A deputy tried to locate cattle out on 220th Street near W Avenue.
  • A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a traffic stop at Sparky’s.
  • A deputy investigated a possible accident in the 600 block of S. 15th Street in Grand Junction. There was no damage to either vehicle.
  • A deputy investigated an animal-neglect complaint in the 300 block of W. Main Street in Grand Junction.
  • Ashley Paulsen, 31, of Perry was booked into the jail for third-offense OWI and three counts of child endangerment.
  • A deputy investigated a domestic in the 600 block of E. Hager Street in Grand Junction.
  • A deputy investigated a fireworks complaint on Howard Street in Rippey.
