October 21, 2019

  • A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident on 220th Street near Hillcrest Avenue. Karina Torres, 22, of Denison was passing a large line of cars heading east on 220th Street when another vehicle came to pass. Karina swerved to miss the car and went into the north ditch. There was no damage to either vehicle.
  • Daryn Mallory, 54, of Jefferson was booked into the Greene County Jail to serve a sentence.
  • Renae Baugh, 38, of Jefferson was booked into the Greene County Jail to serve a sentence.
  • A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near H Avenue.

October 22, 2019

  • A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 700 block of E. Main Street in Grand Junction.
  • A deputy investigated a burglary in the 300 block of S. Seventh Street. Dakota Barrett, 19, of Grand Junction was arrested for second-degree burglary, fifth-degree theft, assault and first-offense trespass. Barrett was booked into the Greene County Jail.
  • A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 500 block of E. Main Street in Grand Junction.
  • A deputy investigated a car-deer accident on Neola Avenue near 260th Street. Marc Clausen, 64, of Panora struck a deer with his vehicle but left the scene and called in the accident.

October 23, 2019

  • A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of Stanton Street in Grand Junction.
  • Logan Staley, 28, of Webster City was booked into the Greene County Jail for a revocation of pre-trial release.
  • Brittany Smith, 32, of Jefferson was booked into the Greene County Jail for first-offense possession of methamphetamine, first-offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 700 block of Walnut Street in Scranton.
  • A deputy attempted to locate an overdue motorist on U Avenue.
  • A deputy investigated a property dispute in the 900 block of 110th Street.

October 24, 2019

  • A deputy assisted with a medical issue in the 700 block of E. Main Street in Grand Junction.
  • A deputy removed debris from the roadway on 220th Street and M Avenue.
  • A deputy investigated a domestic in the 700 block of E. Main Street in Grand Junction.
