Services are pending for James Rice, 68, of Scranton.
James died Feb. 6, 2022, at the Mercy One Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
He is survived by his son, Ryan Rice, and daughter-in-law, Brittany, of Boone; daughters, Lisa Wolf of Iowa City, Rachel Rice and Michelle Rice of California; grandson, Christian Rice; and numerous more grandchildren; and brother, Rick Rice of North Carolina.
Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson is in charge of arrangements.
