Visitation for Kenneth David McDowell, 74, of Perry will be held Thursday, Jan. 5 from 1-8 p.m., with family present from 5-8 p.m. at the Hastings Funeral Home in Perry. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 6 at the First Christian Church in Perry.
David died Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2022, at his home in Perry, Iowa.
David is survived by his wife, Phyllis; son, Chris McDowell of Des Moines; daughter, Colleen Weir of Perry; grandchildren, Maddi (Avery) Cross, Abbi Weir, Sara Weir, Riley McDowell, Ashley Sims and Kourtney Harding; great-grandchildren, Olyvia Orellana, Isaac Sanchez, Anthony Sanchez and Noelle Sims; sister, Kathy (Dennis) Otten of Linn Grove; and mother-in-law, Colleen Paulson.
Hastings Funeral Home in Perry is in charge of arrangements.
