January 9, 2017

  • An officer assisted a Boone County Deputy Sheriff with a two-vehicle accident in the 200 block of U.S. Highway 30.
  • An officer responded to 319 N. First St. for a lifeline going off. It was a false alarm.

January 10, 2017

  • An officer responded to 307 N.E.  Fourth St. for an incomplete 911 call.
  • An officer assisted a Boone County Deputy Sheriff with a truck fire at the U.S.  Highway 30 propane plant.

January 11, 2017

  • An officer received a complaint of dogs running loose in the 200 block of E. Veterans Street.
  • An officer received a call from a citizen who found two loose dogs in the 200 block of S.E. Second St.
  • An officer assisted the Ogden First Responders at 331 S.E. Fourth St.
  • An officer assisted the Ogden First Responders at 420 N.E. Third St.

January 12, 2017

  • An officer assisted someone locked out of vehicle.
  • An officer was asked to look for a possible intoxicated driver traveling to Ogden from Boone by an unknown route. The officer was unable to locate the vehicle.
  • An officer picked up a dog running loose in the 700 block of W. Sycamore Street. The officer returned the dog to its owner.
  • An officer arrested Alan Millard, 36, of Ogden on a Boone County warrant.

January 13, 2017

  • An officer received a call regarding a property dispute.
  • Betty Brockett of 526 N.E. Second St. called to report a cat on her roof. The Ogden officer did not have a ladder, so he called for assistance from the Ogden Volunteer Fire Department to come and get the cat off of the roof.

January 14, 2017

  • An officer received a call from the staff at Boone County Hospital reporting a possible sexual assault that occurred in Ogden earlier in the week. A female patient went to the hospital for treatment. This case is under investigation.

January 15, 2017

  • Patricia Brammar of Perry reported that her storage unit at 244 Haws Dr. was broken into and several items were taken.
  • An officer assisted the Ogden First Responders and the Boone County EMS at 431 E. Walnut St., #A.
  • A Casey’s employee reported that a customer said she could smell propane near the propane cylinder bin on the east side of building. An officer responded and with the Casey’s employee checked the bin and could not smell anything. The officer checked the valves on all propane cylinders, and they appeared to be tight. The officer notified company that is in charge of the propane cylinders.
  • An officer assisted the Ogden First Responders and the Boone County EMS at 202 W. Chestnut St.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
