A pickup truck left the roadway at the intersection of U.S. Highway 169 and Iowa Highway 141 Friday about 6:10 p.m., leading to minor damage to the vehicle and a trip to the hospital for its driver.
Agencies responding to the incident included the Dallas County Sheriff’s office, the Perry Police Department, Bouton First Responders, Bouton Volunteer Fire Department, Woodward First Responders and Woodward Fire Department.
Circumstances of the mishap are unclear at this hour.
