Patsy Starnes Capen, 68, of Granger passed away Thursday, June 29, 2017.
Graveside service will be held Saturday, July 1 at 10:30 am. at the Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry.

Pat is survived by daughters, Wendy Noring of Granger and Angela (Kirk) Caswell of Altoona; grandchildren, Gilly and Bailey Noring and Ashley and Sydney Caswell; and a sister, Marsha Bingham.
